High Pressure Hydro Testing for Welded Pipes

Welded steel pipes में longitudinal या spiral weld seam pressure boundary का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा होती है। यदि weld में कोई unacceptable weakness या leakage हो, तो high-pressure hydrostatic testing के दौरान उसका पता लगाया जा सकता है।

हमारी hydro testing system में pipe को पहले water से fill किया जाता है। इसके बाद pressure को controlled तरीके से required test pressure तक बढ़ाया जाता है और निर्धारित holding time तक maintain किया जाता है।

इस दौरान हम मुख्य रूप से देखते हैं:

• Weld seam से leakage

• Pipe body से leakage

• Abnormal pressure loss

• Pipe deformation

इससे welded pipe की pressure integrity को production से पहले verify किया जा सकता है।

Hydro Tester for Large-Diameter SSAW and LSAW Pipes

भारत में बड़े diameter वाले welded pipes के production में testing equipment के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण चुनौती है: pipe size और high test pressure के साथ stable sealing बनाए रखना।

SSAW pipes में spiral weld seam होती है, जबकि LSAW pipes में longitudinal weld seam होती है। दोनों के लिए hydro testing principle समान है, लेकिन machine configuration pipe specifications के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है।

हम pipe OD, pipe length, wall thickness और test pressure के आधार पर testing heads और sealing system configure करते हैं। बड़े diameter pipes के लिए मजबूत hydraulic structure और reliable sealing विशेष रूप से महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

Accurate Testing
Pressure measurement और holding time को accurately control करना आवश्यक है ताकि प्रत्येक pipe के testing results consistent रहें।

Production Efficiency
Steel pipe production में testing cycle production speed को प्रभावित करती है। इसलिए testing stations, water filling, pressure holding और unloading को production requirements के अनुसार configure किया जा सकता है।

Our Approach to Welded Pipe Hydro Testing
